            Operation of Dormitories


            Pursuant to the Extraordinary Measure of the Ministry of Health, issued as an Annex to the
            Resolution of 16 August 2021, with effect from 31 August 2021 the operation of dormitories

            governed by the following conditions:

            Upon moving into dormitories, students must submit proof (in hard copy or electronic form)

            following:
            a) that they have been vaccinated against Covid-19, which they prove through a national va

            certificate or a vaccination certificate issued in accordance with the European Union's EU
            COVID Certificate Directive, provided that at least 14 days have elapsed since the complet
            vaccination schedule, or

            b) that they have recovered from Covid-19, and this has been confirmed in a laboratory, th
            the period of isolation as mandated by the extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health
            than 1800 days have elapsed since their first positive test for the presence of antigens o

            virus, or
            c) that they have taken an RT-PCR test for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, with a ne
            no later than 7 days ago, or that they have taken a rapid antigen test (RAT) for the prese

            virus, with a negative result, no later than 72 hours ago.

            If the student is unable to present any of the above documents upon moving into the accomm

            must undergo - in a place reserved for this purpose - a rapid antigen self-test (RAT) (int

            the dormitory on request. Confirmation is valid for a period of 7 days. After the certific

            If the test result is positive, the student must immediately announce this to the authoriz

            The accommodation office issues access cards as follows when students move from their summ
            or into a dormitory:


            • If the student meets the condition mentioned above under letter a), they receive a green

            Any student who fails to prove that they meets any of the above conditions shall not be al
            the dormitory, and their accommodation contract may be terminated.
            For the avoidance of possible doubts, please be informed that, according to the Helpline f

            Counselling in Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, in consult
            Ministry of Education, it has been declared that, as the administrator of the dormitories,
            and Dormitories is authorised to retain documents, or copies thereof, and data pertaining 

            residents and proving their vaccination, Covid-19 recovery or testing status, including in
            the GDPR (legitimate interest).
