Extension of existing accommodation and reservation of accommodation for the year 2025/2026 for accommodated students is from 6.5.2025 to 31.5.2025. After this date, non-extended places will be released for sale to other interested parties.

If you are international student or Erasmus student please contact the Faculty Study Department of Charles University with accommodation request at our dormitories. Faculty will request the accommodation for your.

Reservation of accommodation is confirmed only if long term deposit of 2100,-CZK is paid.

It is only possible to book accommodation at this term if you are already living in the dormitories, or until the dormitories have available capacity.

We recommend that new applicants to study at the Charles University book accommodation from 1 June 2025 only, when there will be sufficient beds available for them to make a wider choice.

Start of application for international students with visa requirements - Study Department (reservation to the central reservation department of KaM) to the reserved accommodation capacity from 15.4.2025.

Launch of the evaluation system (hereinafter referred to as "ES"), start of electronic application from 11.6.2025
