Krystal Dormitory is part of the accommodation capacity of the university hotel-type facility within the Krystal Center, where hotel rooms are also available for tourist clientele. Charles University students have available on special floors for accommodation, where they are provided with:

- accommodation in a single or double room, including bathroom and toilet

- shared kitchen

- internet: WIFI is free via a high-quality Eduroam connection

- laundry with washing machines

- reception is open 24 hours a day

- parking is possible in the hotel garage
