The student residence Švehlova is located in a quiet part of the Vinohrady district near the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station Linie A. It offers single, double and multiple rooms. There are shared  bathrooms and toilet facilities in the corridor. In the new building is meeting room, ping-pong, aerobics, fitness room, piano room, study room.

There are also kitchens with electric.stove, laundry with washing machines.

Vending machine for coffee, tea, sweets and drinks, at the reception selling baguettes.
