Dormitory check-in
Please note that the arrival date indicated on the accommodation reservation is the mandatory date of arrival at the dormitory.
Check in is carried out by the Accommodation office of the dormitory. Office hours are on working days from Monday to Friday. Office hours here
In exceptional cases we may grant an exception in the check-in process.
- if you must arrive at the weekend or at night, please infrom the accommodation office of your arriving dormitory at least 3 working days in advance. Because the autum check-ins is very bussy time, we do accommodate aprox. elevn thousand students, informing us in advance you will avoid any inconveniences (luck of free room or unprepared bed upon your arrival).
Admissions to the dormitories end on 30.9.2024. After this date, all unfulfilled confirmed reservations will be cancelled. Refunds of long-term deposit will be made upon written request.
Please read carefully the name and the address of the Dormitory or Student residence where you will be staying. This information is located in the middle of the voucher.
What to bring for dormitory check-in?
- identity document - ID card (passport, visa, or long-term residence card for foreigners). We cannot accommodate you without a presonal travel document.
- voucher/confirmation of the reservation. The document may be in electronic form.
- confirmation of study or confirmation of admission to university (at the start of accommodation before the academic year, can be additionally delivered by the end of September, otherwise during of year until 7 days after the check-in on dormitory). A confirmation of admission to study is sufficient at the first check-in. The confirmation of studies you may deliver afterwards. The confirmation can also be delivered electronicaly.
- 1x ID card photo - the photo is used to issue a presonal ID card "kolejenka", which serves as a confirmation for entering the dormitory and furhter use of dormitory services.
- you pay for the following month of your stay at the dormitory at the check-in. Use a cashless credit/debit card to pay.
- student ID card (usually ISIC) - used, for example, to open the front door - applies for students who already have an ID card. Don't worry. You can use another card with a chip to enter the builing door until you get your ISIC card. Once you have received your university ISIC, you can have your card swiped at the accommodation office.
